The foil provides good insulation for the room and also reflects the light from the lamps. To finish it off and for optimal reflection and insulation, you can also use the insulation tape!
Apply the foil with a space between the wall/roof or wall.
Work with slats on which you apply the foil so that you create a space between the wall/roof and the foil.
