This external CO² sensor can be connected to the DimLux Maxi Controller. The Maxi Controller can also control a CO² generator or CO² reducing valve.

The sensors use Dual Beam NDIR technology which provides unmatched stability and accuracy. Other single-beam CO² sensors require regular calibration.

Dual Beam sensors are two sensors where the measurement sensor is periodically adjusted by the second sensor. As the second sensor is only active for 5 minutes per month, it hardly ages.

OptiClimate's CO² Sensor measures the PPM (Parts Per Million) level of CO² in the room. The CO² Sensor is connected to the plug of the CO² generator which will produce the desired PPM level in the room during the light period. In combination with the Dimlux Maxi Controller, you adjust the desired PPM level continuously. The Dimlux CO² Sensor is also equipped with a light sensor which detects the difference between day and night, so no extra CO2 is produced by the CO2 generator at night.

Tip!
Install the CO² Sensor in the room itself, preferably well away from the CO² Generator so the CO² Sensor measures the PPM content of the room more accurately.
