GrowShoppers is based in Germany. For ordered products that are shipped within the EU, no import duties will be charged. For products delivered to countries outside the EU, additional import taxes / ICOD may apply. Please check with your local government.

At GrowShoppers, you have the right to return an item within 14 days without giving any reason. (Right of withdrawal). Within this period you can view and evaluate the item as in a store, unless otherwise indicated. To cancel or return (revoke) you can also use it model-basedwithdrawal form. You have the right to change within 14 days of your purchase. For all conditions read further below. After revoking your order, you must submit the items no later than within 14 days days after reporting the revocation. By sending your return in advance, your return can be processed quickly.

The customer bears the costs for the return if an order is returned to us for one of the following reasons:

• The order has not been picked up by you at a pick-up point.
• you have entered an incorrect address.
• On the other hand, it is an error that you have caused yourself.

You can also indicate that you wish to make use of the right of withdrawal by completing the withdrawal form . However, you are not obliged to use this withdrawal form because the right of withdrawal also applies without the form.

Blocked amount
By applying the right of withdrawal, your payment obligation does not lapse. You must pay within the period. If the return process in our administration creates a credit and you have paid for the order in advance at Ideal , we will refund this immediately . If you return the entire order, the shipping costs lapse. We repay you with the same payment that you have paid to us. We will usually pay you back within 14 days at the latest days after cancellation, refund. The cancellation takes place from the moment you have informed us of the cancellation of the purchase.

Returns
The costs for a return shipment are for your own account (estimated shipping costs: shipping costs that you have paid). The original shipping costs will be shown on the invoice after receipt of the return shipment if you return the entire order. If you wish to return an item, please use our return form / cancellation form so that we can process your return quickly.

Cancellation of your order
Any order can be cancelled without giving reasons. Provided that this order has not yet been sent. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation from GrowShoppers. Do you wish to cancel your order after you have received an order confirmation? Please reply to your order confirmation or contact us by phone or fill in the return form / cancellation form in. The cancellation of the order will be confirmed by email. Once your cancellation request has been confirmed by us, GrowShoppers will refund the amount paid no later than 14 days after cancellation (withdrawal).
