Delivery Time

2. Right of Withdrawal (Return Policy)

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing any reason (Right of Withdrawal). Return Conditions
To process a return, the product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. The product must not have been used or damaged. Any accessories and documents that were included with the product must also be returned.

Return Period
The return must be received by us within 14 days after you have notified us of your decision to withdraw. The return period begins on the day you receive the goods or, if multiple goods were ordered, on the day you receive the last item.

3. Return Process

Follow these steps to return a product:

2. Pack the products carefully:
   Ensure the products are returned in their original condition and packaging. All documents and accessories included with the product must also be included.

3. Send the package:
   Send the package to the return address provided. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless otherwise stated in our terms and conditions or special offers.

4. Wait for the refund:
   After we receive the returned products, we will process the refund within 14 days. The refund will be made via the same payment method used for the original order.

After receiving and inspecting the returned items, we will issue a full refund (including standard shipping costs) within 14 days. The refund will be processed via the payment method used in the original transaction.

Note: We may delay the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.

5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to certain products, such as:

• Opened or used products, unless they are defective or damaged.

• Products made to customer specifications or products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (e.g., sealed products where the seal has been broken).

• Downloadable digital products.
