Conditions for the lowest price guarantee
To take advantage of the lowest price guarantee, the following conditions apply:
- Identical productThe product must be exactly the same (same brand, model, version and specifications).
- AvailabilityThe product must be available for immediate delivery from the other supplier, just like from us.
- Reliable webshopThe lower price must be offered by a recognised webshop registered with the Chamber of Commerce.
- Full price comparisonComparisons include all additional costs such as shipping costs, administration costs and VAT.
- TermThe request must be submitted to us within 7 days of purchase.
Exclusions
The following situations are excluded from the lowest price guarantee:
- Temporary promotions, discount codes, Black Friday deals or limited offers
- Second-hand, refurbished or outlet products
- Products from auctions or marketplaces
- Offers from physical shops without a webshop
How to request compensation

- Link to the cheaper product (preferably a screenshot)
- We will review your request within 7 working days.
- If approved, you will receive the price difference back via the same payment method or a voucher (your choice).

That doesn't matter – as long as you find a cheaper offer within 7 days of placing your order, you can submit a claim.
What if the other retailer is temporarily out of stock?
Unfortunately, the guarantee will then lapse. The offer must be current and available.
