3. Offers and Conclusion of the Contract

3.1 All offers on the website are non-binding unless otherwise stated.

3.2 A contract is concluded when the customer places an order and we accept that order. We reserve the right to reject an order without providing a reason.

3.3 The products displayed on the website are subject to availability. If a product is out of stock, we will inform the customer as soon as possible and suggest an alternative solution.

4. Prices and Payments

4.1 All prices on the website are in euros and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

4.2 We offer various payment methods, such as iDEAL, credit card, PayPal, and bank transfer. Payment must be made in full before the order is shipped.

4.3 We reserve the right to change prices at any time. However, any changes will not affect orders that have already been placed.

5. Delivery

6. Right of Withdrawal

6.1 The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason. This applies only to consumers who have purchased the product online.

6.2 To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform us within 14 days of receiving the product of their decision to withdraw from the contract. This can be done by emailing us at [email protected] or by using the withdrawal form available on our website.

6.3 After notifying us of the withdrawal, the customer has 14 days to return the product to us. The cost of return shipping is to be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

6.4 The product must be returned unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

7. Warranty and Complaints

7.1 All products we supply are covered by the statutory warranty. This means the product must meet the expectations of the consumer based on the contract.

7.2 If a product is defective, the customer is entitled to a replacement delivery or repair. If replacement or repair is not possible, the purchase price will be refunded.

7.3 Complaints about products or services must be reported to us in writing or by email as soon as possible, but no later than 2 months after discovering the issue.

8.1 Growshoppers is only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent behavior on our part.

8.2 We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or third-party damages.

8.3 If we are liable, our liability is limited to the amount covered by our insurance in the relevant case.

13. Lowest price guarantee

1. ApplicabilityGrowshoppers offers a lowest price guarantee on selected products, as indicated on the relevant product pages.
2. Conditions for price comparisonTo be eligible for the lowest price guarantee, the customer must demonstrate within 7 days of purchase that the same product is offered elsewhere at a lower price. The price comparison must meet the following criteria:
• It concerns an identical product (brand, model, specifications).
• The product is new, unused and in stock at the competitor.
• The competing supplier is a recognised online shop with a Chamber of Commerce registration.
• The price comparison includes all additional costs, such as shipping costs and taxes.
3. ExclusionsThe lowest price guarantee does not apply to:
• Offers of second-hand products, limited stock promotions, auctions, discount codes or temporary promotions.
• Prices of physical stores without online ordering and delivery options.
4. Refund procedureIf the conditions are met, Growshoppers will refund the price difference within 10 working days of approval of the request or issue a voucher for a future purchase, at the customer's discretion.
5. Submitting a requestTo claim the lowest price guarantee, the customer must contact our customer service within the specified period at [email protected] and provide proof of the lower price (e.g. a link to the competing offer).
