3. Offers and Conclusion of Contract

3.1 All offers on the Website are non-binding and subject to change, unless expressly stated otherwise.

3.2 A contract is concluded when the customer places an order through the Website and we confirm this order in writing or by delivering the goods.

3.3 If a product is unavailable, the customer will be informed immediately. Any payments already made will be refunded or, if agreed, credited towards an alternative product.

4. Prices and Payment

4.1 All prices are listed in euros and include statutory VAT, unless stated otherwise.

4.2 We offer the following payment methods:

• Bank transfer

• Pay at pickup (5% discount)

• PayPal

• Debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners, JCB, UnionPay)

4.3 Payment must be made in full before the order is shipped, unless otherwise agreed.

4.4 We reserve the right to change prices at any time. For orders already placed, the prices valid at the time of order apply.

5. Delivery

5.1 Once payment has been received, orders will be shipped within the following delivery times:

• Germany: approx. 2–5 business days

• EU: approx. 5–10 business days

5.2 Delivery times are indicative and not binding. Delays due to force majeure, transport issues, or unforeseen circumstances do not entitle the customer to compensation.

5.3 Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer. The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details.

6. Right of Withdrawal

6.1 Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.

6.2 To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify us within 14 days of receipt of the goods by email ([email protected]) or by using the withdrawal form available on our Website.

6.3 After notifying us of withdrawal, the customer has a further 14 days to return the goods.

6.4 Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6.5 Goods must be returned unused, complete, and in their original packaging.

6.6 The statutory model withdrawal form is available for download on our Website.

7. Warranty and Complaints

7.1 All products are subject to the statutory warranty. The goods must have the qualities that the customer may reasonably expect under the contract.

7.2 In the event of defects, the customer is entitled to repair or replacement. If this is not possible, the purchase price will be refunded.

7.3 Complaints must be reported as soon as possible, but no later than 2 months after discovery of the defect, in writing or by email.

8. Liability

8.1 We are only liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence on our part.

8.2 We are not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, or damage caused by third parties.

8.3 If we are held liable, our liability is limited to the amount covered by our liability insurance in the relevant case.

12.1 All contracts between GrowShoppers and the customer are governed by German law.

12.2 Jurisdiction for all disputes lies in Germany.

13.1 We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

13.2 The latest version will be published on our Website and will take effect immediately upon publication, unless otherwise specified.
